Neobeauty Hair uses giftbox or pastel bag to pack your products.

All hair products in Neobeauty Hair are currently FREE SHIPPING to US, Canada, Australia, UK; Most of the Western European countries only pay small money to get express service. If you're from the countries and regions not mentioned above, please mail neobeautyhair@hotmail.com for more information. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.

Delivery

Normally, we ship your package by FedEx / DHL / TNT or EMS. And please note that we can not ship packages to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses

We do NOT have overnight shipping.

Your order can be processed in 1-3 working days. Normally, it can arrive in 3-15days.

To avoid paying the high tariff when you receive your package, we will ship your package as "Hair sample", and declare a much lower price about $10-$20 on the package.

And sometimes our delivery partnership may write "Synthetic Hair" on the shipping invoice to avoid the high tariff, but all our full lace wigs are 100% human hair guaranteed, so please ignore the information.

Please note that: we will try our best to avoid high custom fees, and please kindly understanding that we're not responsible for the customs fees.
