The method of reducing wig hair from shedding
In the quest for beauty many women turn to hairpieces such as wigs. However, often times these pieces can be high maintenance and cause excessive shedding. In this post we will discuss a method of reducing wig hair from shedding. Read on to learn more!
When I was younger, my mother would take me to the hair salon to get my hair cut. As a little girl, I loved going to the salon and getting my hair done. My mother always let me pick out a new toy or book from the salon's gift shop. One day, when I was about 8 years old, I saw a woman in the salon with a very short haircut. She had very little hair on her head and what hair she did have was very thin and fine. I asked my mom why she didn't have any hair on her head and she told me that she had cancer and lost all of her hair because of chemotherapy. That day, I decided that I never wanted to lose my hair like that woman did.
Fast-forward 10 years...I'm now 18 years old and a freshman in college. A few months ago, I started losing clumps of hair from my wig. At first, I thought it was just due to stress from school but then the shedding continued even when I wasn't stressed out. Concerned, I made an appointment with my doctor who told me that I was losing wig hair because of too much shedding. She recommended that I start using a method called 'reducing wig hair from shedding'.
The method is simple: every time you wash your wig, you apply a small amount of conditioner to your scalp and then comb it through your wig's fibers with a wide-tooth comb. The conditioner will help reduce the amount of shed hairs by coating each individual strand of hair with a layer of lubrication which will help them slip past each other easier as they are brushed or combed out.
I've been using this method for about 2 months now and it has definitely helped reduce the amount of shed hairs! My wig doesn't look quite as full as it did before but at least now there aren't clumps of hairs all over my floor anymore.
There are a few methods of reducing wig hair from shedding. One is to make sure the wig cap is not too tight, as this will cause the hair to break and fall out. Another is to make sure that the wig is made with high quality materials, as this will ensure that the hair does not shed excessively. Finally, it is important to brush and style the wig regularly, as this will help remove any loose hairs. By following these simple tips, you can keep your wig looking its best and reduce the amount of hair that sheds onto your clothing or furniture.
